Many do not. Many are selfish, self-centered, and feel entitled to do whatever they want. This type of person does not feel bad when they do something that hurts someone else, because the only person they really care about is themselves.

While there are people like this across the entire spectrum of people, nearly all of the "most desirable" people are this way. Whether it's the most handsome, successful, high-status men, or the most beautiful, young women, such people are used to everyone accepting whatever they do, and getting away with it because they're so attractive that no one is willing to go against them. As such, they feel completely entitled to do whatever they want. If you pick this type of person, you should EXPECT them to cheat on you and to always choose themselves over you, because that's what's going to happen 99% of the time.

Most such people don't hide their entitlement very well, and some don't even try hiding it at all. But the people who pursue them usually intentionally put on blinders and refuse to see the red flags waving, because they find that person SO attractive that they won't acknowledge anything that might make them have to reconsider the relationship. And, thus, they get hurt in a very predictable way.
