Am I wrong for telling my ex wife to kick rocks when she asked for my help with her boyfriend whom she cheated on me with?

So, the story is, My ex wife, aged 32, called me in the middle of the night, last night, Crying, Upset because her boyfriend, who she had a 5 year long affair with, which caused our divorce, Hit her, and threw her out of their home. She begged for my help, asked if she could come to my place and crash. I do not believe her when it comes to abuse, she told everyone i hit her, and i have never once laid a finger on her, so i rather doubt he hit her. Her being kicked out is likely due to infidelity again or some other self inflicted issue, So I told her "You made your bed, now you need to lie in it. You lost the right to ask for my help when you cheated on me and left me. Call the police, Call your family, but never ever call me again."

My friends and family support my choice, Her family and friends hate me and basically told me i should go to prison for what i did.. Sorry she's not my responsibility any more.
