Well, this is a real thing. The technology is there. I watched a documentary about it. Humans can't do the surgery, but AI and robotics, can. It's highly controversial, so I don't know if it will happen. But for the sake of argument, let's just say something bad happened to Paris Hilton's brain...

No, I would not of course.

The reason being is that I am not medically trained, I don't have a surgeon's degree or the appropriate experience in doing a brain transplant.

Thankfully I don't live in the US because if something would go wrong there, I would be sued for hundreds of millions by family members that would take that failed attempt to get rich at my cost.

Let that person die in dignity as a result of the accident, as it happens hundreds of time on a daily basis and don't attempt anything you know will have even more disastrous consequences for those attempting unsuccessfully to save that person.

This would be amazing, you could upgrade the robot to be as hot as he wanted and to have different modular parts so that you could have sexual variety, she could be one race and breast size one day and a different race and breast size the next day, all without having to cheat, and all without having the depressing reality that you're just banging a robot rather than a real partner. It would kind of be the best of both worlds to be honest. The only problem is that she still might have an attitude, since she still has her real woman's brain.
