I'd confront them about it politely and if they refused to see the prioblem end the relationship. You can't be happy in a relationship where your partner makes you feel inferior to someone else. I saw this thing about a guy whose wife has terminal cancer, and she told him she wanted to have sex with her ex one last time. If I were him, I'd have ditched her on the spot and left her to die alone of cancer because that meant our whole marriage was a lie and thus, I owe you nothing.
