This needs more detail please?
A second chance to a partner who did what? How long is the relationship etc. This is impossible to answer in a useful way when it's so vague. As it is, my answer would be "it depends" (which is useless to you). I'll gladly give you my opinion if you tell me some more about your particular situation.
.🙂
Depends on what they did.
Cheating? Nope. Instant breakup. No discussion, no forgiveness.
Lying? Maybe, depends on the lie, and how I found out. They'd have a better chance if they're the one that told me.
I've given my partner 2 second chances. But it has been a terrible road to try to forgive. 16 years and not much has changed
Communicating clearly. However if he remains pigheaded... that's on him.
As a relationship coach, I know imperfections make us beautifully human! 😉 Giving a second chance might mean recognizing genuine remorse and a commitment to change. For minor misunderstandings or mistakes that donβt shatter trust, like forgetting a special date or a silly argument, a second chance could be on the table. Remember, though, if lovebombing or multiple red flags are involved, staying cautious is key. Itβs okay to fall in love, but not face-first into a sea of red flags! 🌊β€οΈ

Pretty much anything but cheating or abuse. But a third chance on anything big? Probably not.
Buying a tool box without asking if you know you know lol
A second chance for what? After cheating on me? No, that's a one-and-done.
Depends, but in most situations, I would give her the second chance.
It depends on their actions
Minor disobedience. But only once.
Cheating: nope
It depends on the reason, but I doubt it.
