Why would a business millennial insurance owner called me the customer a Karen?

I have been a loyal customer to the auto insurance since the pandemic. Now the original owner sold the business so now some ignorant 31 year old guy bought it and from my experience he has no idea about customer service. Si first he made a complaint to me asking me why I wanted to pay in cash. I ask him well is card only required his answer was THE GUY: You can pay with cash but it's easier for me and you would make my life less complicated if you paid with card. I always make my payments cash because I used the envelope to stay ahead of time.
Now this morning I went again to make a payment for my monthly insurance he complained again that I had two weeks that why was I paying the bill off so early , I didn't want to argue I just wanted to get the transaction going and moving on. Second his secretary was dressed very frumpy wearing a crop top with the super short shorts and flip flops this girl was about in her 20s I ask the girl why isn't she dressed appropriately in business casual then Mr. Fake business guy wanna be gets in the conversation tells me listen Karen if you don't like it , You can always live! We don't appreciate having a big fat face Karen in my face. Wow and yet millennials guys wonder why their still single in their 30s no woman wants their immature face. I was never the Karen here he was , Why the heck would he called me the Karen? Only because I follow the rules.
