You can tell psycho girl who runs hot and cold constantly that you're done. You don't want her "emotional investment", you don't need her as a friend, and you definitely don't need her unstable mind up in your business with other women. Cut her off completely other than business related communications at work. Block her on your phone and personal emails and social media. Set some boundaries for crap's sake.
