Uhm I have memories of my faceless father standing in front of me and raising his hand or like walking towards me with his hands in a fist and then the memories go black and I must have been around 4 to 5 years old but later in my mid 20's I realized what those memories really mean.
And honestly for me it's just what it is.
I know that I didn't deserve that, I was just a baby.
I guess that's the cards that was handed to me at birth and it's okay because i can deal it with.
For you, I would recommend you the book "The child in You" by stefanie stahl and it's actually a german book but translated to English and maybe it might help you to learn to deal with bad things from your childhood better.
Hey , thank you.. but sadly I give a wrong impression.. I'm the opposite
My childhood memories are vague. I think that is just the mind protecting itself. Childhood trauma is much more common than most people think. So instead of "Why you?" perhaps you should ask "Why not you?"
