Well keep in mind that every couple is different. I agree not going to bed angry. Personally it bothers me if someone’s on their phone and I’m not. But then again…. Maybe they’re more compatible with someone who also lives on their phone.
Communicate… If someone is concerned. Has some insecurity with the relationship. Is bothered by something. These things are normal… and instead of secretly building resentment. Instead of… Getting accusatory yelling and screaming at one another. Be mature…. Show emotional and mental intelligence ladies and gentlemen… it’s insane how many people lack basic common sense. TALK to one another. Use English words to communicate. And people would be shocked.
Letting the man be a gentleman.
E. G. Waiting an extra 15 seconds so he can open and close her door
Never let each other go, no matter what.
Even in times of conflict, don't hurt each other too bad.
Do not expose your relationship on social media.
I agree

When you get in bed every night, find something to laugh about together.
My parents had simple rule...
Never go to bed early.
It's okay to have disagreements and fight in a relationship, and then talk it out and resolve things before bed.
Relationship issues should stay between the both of us. Outside influences can sometimes make it worse unless we are seeking professional help.
Agreed. I think professional help is nonsense and only for immature people in relationships who can't talk it out calmly
Open communication about everything - no secrets between yourselves. Also trust, honesty, and patience.
You would have gotten MHO had you come earlier
Can I make a funny and truthful observation? "Speak when spoken to"
The art of conversation. Chuckle chuckle. Yet it's also true - people usually don't speak, unless they were spoken to.
Hi
Hi.
How are you?
Good , you?
Good.

How's about that weather ☁️
Always choose each others happiness over being “right”
It’s not about scoring points and or proving superiority or leadership it’s about the well being of your partner and your happiness
Always take your significant others side, even if they're wrong, unless they killed someone or something similar.
There is one exception, never put your children before your significant other.
Just simply set aside time to communicate.
Never live together or share finances
LOL.
@beenherebefore Yeah this is wild 😂
The never share finances part, I can get behind, but never live together?
Too funny.
My aunt never lived with her husband and she was the happiest woman i ever knew. They were married for 60 years until she died of a stroke. The only people I knew that stayed married in my whole life. When she wanted dick she went over his house for the weekend. He didn't mess up her house or bother her so they were always in love. I've spent the last 5 yeata of my 22 year marriage living in my bathroom. The happiest years of my life.
Wow it's wild that this was the only married couple you've lasting. Luckily me and my Partner have seen many couples staying together over the years. Divorce is not really part of our culture and most couple's in our family understand what commitment and marriage is.
@ABC1x1x What a crazy perspective you have. Most of the families I know since I was a kid are still together. It's not an Asian thing. It's a cultural thing. If you grow up in an area where hookups and divorces are prevalent, then that's what you'll be used to. But saying living apart from your partner is the way to go... that's absolutely delusional man.
Be honest with each other
