A diary is someone’s private space, not a relationship privilege.

Trust grows from what we choose to share, not what we’re allowed to access.

If a partner wants me to know something, they’ll tell me in their own time and that’s enough.

I agree. I think in marriage things should be more transparent at least that’s the case for me.

But it’s not good to share everything with someone you may not be together forever with. Some people trust too much… and when they see someone’s true colors. They have blackmail and information to use against them.
