People who use diaries/journals. Do you ever write down questions and things you want and have yet to say to your significant other so you don't forg?

Lol. I realize I've been doing this ever since because things slip my mind all the time and an older guy actually told me he doesn't bother trying to remember everything, he just takes notes. Very smart. But I doubt he writes down things he wants to say/ask his wife.

I had a journal for the first 10 years of my life or so... but not anymore, now I just write it my mind

Sometimes. A lot of people just have a lot of thoughts and emotions tangled in their minds and writing helps them sort of unleash them. As well as yes ask questions. A lot of things are hard for people to talk about even to their family, close friends, and romantic partners.
