I feel weird because we have been seeing each other for like a month now. But before we started going out he had a girlfriend of i think of a year and a half. She claimed he cheated on her like he was texting me and now i feel like that’s what he’s like. I feel like he’s trying to get into a relationship with me but I don’t understand how he can just move on the quick from his ex girlfriend. He told me that he let go of it a long time before they broke up but I don't know if I believe him. Is he just a man that always needs to be in a relationship? I’m gonna say my concerns when he like asks to be serious or something? Can u guys help me on what I should say and what u think?

but i also hear his point that sometimes you've sort of emotionally moved on from a relationship well before it's over. i in fact was in that position when i met my wife. I'd been dating a girl for about 8 months, but the last month or two i was really not happy and emotionally had sort of moved on. i met my wife literally a week after ending the other relationship.

i think you have to judge for yourself. judge his actions and trust your gut. does he seem invested in your relationship? do you feel like he's not quite over his ex or isn't quite ready to fully invest in a new relationship? maybe take things a little slow until you feel confident... and also you can bring it up to him. try to kindly just express your concerns and just tell him you wonder if he is ready for this relationship, then you have really hear him out
