Girls, do most women really hate ugly guys like me (2/10 looks)?

I'm 20 years old and a 2/10 in looks my whole life women have always avoided me or was openly rude to me even though I talk to everyone with respect, understand boundaries and i dress nice and have very good hygine girls sometimes compliment my outfits on tiktok and other social medias but a no girl has ever complimented my outfits or even said hello in real life, like usually when I'm out with male friends there has been a lot of times when we bump into some female friends of theirs and usually the girls just give me a disgusted look or say "You can go" or "someone inside is calling you" and it's been going on for many years and all the girls in my old school and collge have avoided me not one of them even said hello to me and there has been a few times where I've said hi to them and other girls which some was friends of friends and they all ignore or they say hi back but ignore and avoid me the next day and i see many of unkempt average to below average looking dudes be a lot more successful with women than me so that's a big shock

Rating a person on a fictitious scale is something that teenagers would do but certainly not an adult that has a minimum of brains to realize that it is not saying anything about that person.

Furthermore, I don't think that those people that do rate others on a lower scale do actually hate them. The definition of the word "hate" is:

"An intense emotion of dislike, hostility, or animosity, often driven by fear, anger, or a sense of injury. It represents extreme aversion or loathing toward a person, group, or object, and in legal contexts, often implies bias or prejudice".

One may dislike how somebody looks or behaves but unless you have done some emotional of physical harm to a person, hate is not what you believe they feel for you.

I don't judge a person on his or her looks. This is superficial and the looks say nothing about the character, personality or intellect of a person.

Hate? no.
Of course they aren't reproductive material or bed boys. When they recognize they aren't made for certain activities and find something else that brings and fun and fulfillment for themselves instead, why we should hate them.
Problematic are ugly boys who think they deserve the same attention and admiration like tall and handsome boys, then complain that the world is unfair because they inherited bad genes from their ancestors.

Also being personable goes a long way. If you're interacting with people and all women are rude to you or avoiding you then there's a really high chance you aren't as kind/respectful as you think you are.
