Is a dad wrong to bring food only for his child when she has other kids?

Im assuming this is a dad bringing food for his kid whom is in the care of someone else who also has children there and this was a out of the blue thing he decided to do without notifying the mom.

Its not really wrong but its not a good look either. Makes the other kids feel left out , like the one who got the food is more important than them. Doesn't matter what their relationship to the person is.
