Because to them it wasn’t the big of a deal as far as the relationship. I don’t think k they hold it against the person on purposes, it’s just not important to them. They don’t feel the same as the other person who needs disclosure. Especially w men, most of us really don’t need disclosure, it’s usually women who seek disclosure.

Closure isn't something someone can give. It is an understanding that someone has to accept.

I can give multiple reasons as to why a relationship isn't working out, but if the other person doesn't/can't understand, then they won't have closure.
