Elderly parent shows dementia and abuse signs but doctor denies evaluation—what can I do?

I do the laundry the lawn make sure they don't answer the door naked get the mail the groceries. It is never done good enough he screams at me all day. I need to work I am compensated in food but it gets thrown out I get guilted for everything I eat or drink.

I get slapped insulted and screamed at all day

My food and belongings are ruined frequently.

Parent goes to bed late and keeps me up then wakes me up early then yells at me all day for going slow.

I talk to several Drs. And they need a referral. From his DR who says he is fine.

What would you do? I want to leave? But he says he will lie and claim elder abuse.

I have people come up to me and tell me I should be ashamed of myself. I need to fix his behavior and placate him. i said how about I go stay at your house and you move in with him. I told him if he continues to slap and hit me and get in my face I can't help. He says he will tell aps and say I was financially abusing him by buying food and energy drinks and protein bars. He has a lawyer blah blah blah.

My therapist that I quit going back to said I could be charged for leaving and If I leave I will have nothing everything is in his name
