You are absolutely not “defeated” without a partner. Romantic love is one chapter, not the whole book.

You still have purpose in friendships, passions, creativity, growth, kindness, impact, pleasure, learning, adventure.

Many people fall in love later than they expect, too. Life isn’t on a timer, and your value isn’t a relationship status.

Point of your life at that point is getting your act together. If your not at a situation where you are having much luck then improve yourself simultaneously. Keep advancing your career, gain knowledge so you are interesting to talk to, work out, etc.

If you are just going to go at it with a defeatist attitude you are truly defeated. That attitude alone would be incredibly unattractive. But if you are willing to go for it there should definitely be opportunities on your way that will be very enjoyable. How long that will take nobody knows, but its possible.

Being told by every woman you've met that you're not attractive, whether that young or old, mostly gen z & your autism is red flag/turn off.

Not having choatic tendency, being too good of person.

Women refusing to look at you or speak to you because you don't look like their preference.

Having 98 rejections to your name in space of 8 years.

I really don't want to seem rude or offensive but have you tried dating someone on the spectrum? Maybe they would be more understanding and empathetic and perhaps you would have more in common with someone with the same type of challenges you may face.
