My boyfriend hits me with a belt. what can I do?

i have asked him so many times before to stop hitting me but he does it constantly all day. he won't listen and if he's not careful I am going to go ape sh*t and punch him. what can I do?

Do you mean violently, or jokingly?

If you mean violently, leave his abusive ass immediately. Don't enable his awful behavior by letting him get away with it and sticking around. If he's hurt you, call the police and press assault charges. Then just get away from the abuse and stay away.

If you mean jokingly, I guess tell him to stop and if he doesn't then go ape sh*t on him. If it still doesn't leave him. He obviously can take you seriously. If at any point he intentionally hurts you doing it, then do everything I said above.

You can walk away and focus your attention on getting your own things done.

In other words, create space and don't go near him for a while. Perhaps he'll take the hint and figure it out.

Or you can take a belt yourself and hit him in the ass with it.
