How often should I tell my girlfriend I love her?

I fell in love with my girlfriend a while ago and have decided that I am finally going to tell her. I have wanted to tell her every single day and am wondering if i should once finally let her know. I am worried that if I say it too much or too often it will lose its meaning and won't be so special. Should I just save it for special moments or just say it whenever I feel it and want to?

Even though I haven't told her, I am almost sure she knows I love her based on my actions and other ways I have communicated it.

right after saying it for the first time, my boyfriend and said it frequently, but not too frequently (like 2-3 times a week). Now (over a year into our relationship) we say it every day, often multiple times a day. It doesn't make it feel less special at all.

whenever you appreciate her, are happy to have her around and genuinely feel it, so say it whenever you feel it

say it when you mean it. it can be little moments or dates. just when you truly feel it.

Is it possible to say it too much though? I am sure it will mean so much more when I say it if I only say it once and a while vs saying every time i see her.
