I spent a lot of time studying the principles in Deuteronomy 27 cause a guy told me that if I kept all the laws in Deuteronomy from the first chapter to the last, that I could be successful like him, and to a limited degree, my adherence to the rules helped me raise my cumulative GPA from a 1.0 to a 3.06 but there were unintended consequences for us both: He was full of hostility and bitterness and jealousy, because he could not bear to have anybody prosper more than him or be more successful and fortunate than him and would resign himself to a life of misery whenever somebody undermined his sense of competition or control. He was very domineering and stingy about sharing spiritual benefits with those he considered to be undeserving and even though he got a degree from Harvard and worked as a gospel sinner, he had millions of flaws he concealed from the world and was morbidly obese beyond fatness.
I had a dream years ago, where God told me to forget all my principles of success in the Torah, there was only one thing I needed to know which is that I would reap what I sowed, at first I thought God was telling me I would have to sacrifice more to receive more but lately I was thinking sowing could be other things; your donations, your tithes, your words, your prayers, your service, your actions, your attitudes, your emotions, your thoughts and your social habits and your investment in yourself, your life, your circumstances, your faith, your character and your remorse.
If you remember the story of the rich fool, the man is not condemned for his laziness or his lack of wisdom, he is condemned for investing only in his own life, and not also in the church or the lives of others, ambition isn’t good enough unless you combine that ambition with love for God, for self and for the community and the people you see and the causes you believe in like cleaning the sea of plastic or promoting racial inclusivity or socializing with seniors or posting encouraging bible verses online etc…

We are not saved through our works but by grace and mercy. That’s why Jesus took our place on The Cross. Jesus say their be many will say did I cast out demons and did all these wondrous works in your name, He will say depart from me I never knew u. We have flaws and none of us is not good enough to keep the commandments but Jesus is.
You used Judaism to potentially make more money.
That's fucking hilarious.
