Why you can help yourself by respecting weak people

In Psalms 41 of the bible, it says

Psalm 41

1 Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; the LORD delivers him in times of trouble.

2 The LORD will protect him and preserve his life; he will bless him in the land and not surrender him to the desire of his foes.

3 The LORD will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness

Meaning, just for the simple act of caring about somebody less worthy, less hardworking and less merit-able than you, God will heal your health problems, your mental problems, your disabilities, your weaknesses, your poverty, your helplessness, your heart break, your pain, your isolation, your depression and your reputation issues
