How to cleanse yourself - Bible Talk

I had two dreams from God. In one dream, I was told that salt leads to cleansing and in another dream, I was told that salt leads to salvation and I said in a post yesterday that salt is a symbol for religious sacrifice.

When you put up with a stupid person out of your commitment to kindness, your making a religious sacrifice. When you ignore a confrontational jerk out of your devotion to God, your making a religious sacrifice. When you do any sort of volunteer work at a church or food bank, or when you work extra hard at your job even with nobody watching you, your making a religious sacrifice.

Religious sacrifices cleanse you and they save you from many problems that can arise in your life on earth, such as not having money, not having good strength or health, not having long term connections with people, not having a clean home, or being prone to mental issues because of mental inactivity.

So to me, God was trying to tell me that religious sacrifices cleanse you and save you from an unhappy or dangerous life.
