What Matthew 6:33 and Obadiah 1 say about Honour

Obadiah 1 talks about how Edom is despised among the Heathen and Edom is a symbol for the competitive nature of worldly interests

While Matthew 6 says that God clothes those who seek his kingdom with identity and likability and favour so that they do not have to worry or fear for their reputation or status or social experiences.

Putting those together, God is saying that those who seek God’s kingdom in truth and not in pretence, are respected both in the church and outside the church and are able to find friends and romantic partners in all places, I’m not saying you should date a god opposing person that does not go to church but the bible says a person who seeks God is honoured by God enough in their lives that they do not have to depend on a church or a bible study to make friends or meet guys.

If someone is only able to make friends or find boyfriends at church, they have not lived a life that God has chosen to honour. My aunt never set foot in church and her husband is gorgeous and smart and won a competition with over 10,000,000 people inside it and my aunt is obese but she has a very compassionate heart.
