Why the bible says honour is for the tender hearted

The bible says a kind hearted woman gains Honour while ruthless men gain only wealth and the way I interpret that is this:

1. Those who judge others by dismissively cruel and difficult standards gain money when they work hard, but have no social or relational benefits from their sacrifice and hard work.

2. Those who are compassionate and see value in people, and want them happy, gain social benefits and influence, regardless of how lazy or hard working they are, because even if their poor from laziness, it will not affect the quality of their social opportunities.

3. The overall meaning is that being nice is just as important as being persistent and ambitious.

The bible says iron sharpens iron of believers. We keep one another in check, as for the non believer this isn't so. The heathen, or those whom don't know God, are not to be judged but shown love and understanding as a testimony of the love, compassion, and welcomed attitude of our lord.

So were to rightly divide the word, sharpen each other in a love nature, and forgive and lovingly welcome the unbelievers
