There is always a reason to get angry:
I read about an abused woman’s autobiography online and people said she deserved to be abused by her husband because her husband was rich, this is an inflammatory statement that would anger many people.
I see girls at church sending me death threats and trying to turn the church into a gang for bullies and telling me I deserve to be hated and taken advantage of because I’m too stupid to get a graduate degree, she also tried over 200 times to give my home address to a serial killer because she wanted to punish me for being interested in the same guy as her before they started dating.
I see my mom inventing non existent reasons to get angry every day because she needs to criticize and argue with us 80 - 300 times a day to feel intellectually and socially superior, all reasons for me to hate her.
But the bible says when you have a right to be offended and choose not to be offended, that God increases your glory which is your spiritual connection with God, your joy, your purification, and your reputation and social status.

History is half true and view of the person who write it
People have both godliness and wickedness and it’s about not hating wickedness so much that you lose sight of God
We always think you can decide what God wants and doesn't want
My theory is if you chase something God does not want for you and you get it, you will discover you don’t really want it
