How I understand the notion of One God as a Christian

I do not view the idea of one God as a Christian God or a Muslim God or a Buddhist God or an Orthodox Judaism Tetragrammaton. My idea of one God is much more easy to understand.

That there is only one way to live and properly gain profit: the way or love and kindness and honesty.

Today I read about lottery winners who had problems after their winnings. Most of them ended up divorced by the person who loved them.

Over half of them ended up dead or with sons and daughters or grand children or parents or wives or husbands dead, many had more than 3 dead people in their family.

Some of them ended up in prison for trying illegal drugs, some had addictions, some had agonizing side effects from botched plastic surgery attempts.

A lot of them were assaulted or violently attacked. Over 80% lost or spent all their winnings within 10 years and ended up poorer then they were before.

The explanation for this is simple: God wants you to gain your livelihood by doing His work and loving His people, not by relying on your body or your brain or your family or your husband or your amazingly good luck.

The bible says God sabotages the lives of those who do not thank him or share their good fortune or work in an honest way to gain or maintain the wealth that they have, which is why middle class people are often happier then millionaires or billionaires.
