Is it wrong to draw jesus with a sword?

I was making this medieval style drawing of Jesus leading the crusader troups to Jerusalem (which symbolizes that jesus is the true leader and founder of the crusades, as the Pope said) the drawing is uncompleted. Yet when my mon saw it she said it was wrong to draw jesus with a sword. But I showed her a few verses that indicate that jesus indeed has a sword

~ let he who has no sword sell his garment and buy one (Luke 22:36)
~ I did not come to bring peace but a sword (Mathew 10:34)
~ And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations (Revelation 19:15)

Who's right here? The drawing is symbolic. It indicates that jesus lead and protected the crusaders on their journey to the holy land.

I think it’s fine. Of all I can understand from history the crusades at the very least the first one was justified.

Yes, Jesus is the savior. He’s also Lord. Scripture indicates wrath for the ungodly. Everyone wants to talk about loving Jesus, but quickly forget about Jesus who will judge the living and the dead and will both declare and execute judgement on the ungodly.

Moreover, in regards to the 1st Crusade, I am almost inclined to believe they we’re supernaturally aided. They should not have succeeded. Especially when surrounded at Antioch. Yet, they succeeded. Most should have also been crushed at Doryleyum but they won and fought on against the nearly impossible and succeeded.

So the long and the short of it is, no, I don’t think it’s necessarily wrong. Scripture states that the first time Jesus came, he came as the lamb. That is meek and mild to be slain as a sin offering for us and atonement for us. When he returns he will return as the lion. Meaning coming with ferocity. More or less coming with the sword. He will rule on David’s throne with a rod of iron scripture says.
