Superman is Blasphemy. What do you think?

Kalel means "Voice of God".
Superman was originally conceived as a fictional representation of the Jewish Messiah, but now it has evolved into "God in the Flesh" which is blasphemy, the same sin the Jews crucified Jesus for committing.

The problem is DC replaces the role of God with Clark Kent.

Most of the X-Men characters actaully worship God in some rational way, especially Night Crawler, even though he looks like a demon (You aren't at fault for your ancestry).

I'm not saying liierally any fictional being greater than Samson is blasphemy, but I mean, Samson gets his power from a special anointing from God, and you don't see Samson spinning the Earth backward to save dead people.

I guess people are looking too much into this. I mean harry potter they have aome characters that are immortal or powerful. I dont think it has to do with religion. Its just made up characters

The creators of Superman made his character a exaggeration of their own experience being Jewish immigrants in America. So how is Superman Blasphemy? He is based on a Jewish person fleeing disaster, trying to assimilate into his new home.

they give him "god-like " powers, such as turning back time and raising the dead. That's blasphemy.

Isn't giving Moses a magical staff with the power to murder children in the millions just as Blasphemous? Humans have been giving our heros powers and abilities since the first Neanderthals began roaming the earth. Humanity gives our heros these abilities as literary tool to explore our relationships with our fellow humans, with Nature and the cosmos, biology and technology etc. It just so happens that Moses, Joshua, Samson, Jesus and The Apostles are essentially comic book characters that appear in an iron age holy book, not a comic book. There isn't any difference.

I'm not defending any o fthose characters, nor did I even mention them.

I've already said Jesus of Nazareth claiming to be God was blasphemy, and I'm 100% positive Joshuah claiming to turn back the Sun and Moon is blasphemy... and yes, the Plague of the First Born is blasphemy and violates the Covenant.

I don't know about Samson, the powers are not his own, and there's no evidence he ever killed an innocent person.
