If somebody refuses to be nice is it Jealousy / Stinginess?

I have two female cousins who refuse to reply to emails or texts I send them when a response takes under 3 minutes and in university there was a prayer leader who would spend hours lecturing me about the bible but refuse ever request I made to receive prayer or join his prayer group, he did not have time to pray for me but had plenty of time to criticize me. I think that they might have a secret and vindictive desire to see me fail because they are jealous that my life is easier than there’s and they believe I deserve to have nothing good in life. Like a stingy guy who refuses to share his food with strangers cause he doesn’t think they deserve it.

We all got to watch there is so many false prophets and these false preachers
they claim to be the man of God but no way, shape, or form, they are doing Satan's work
for sure it's sad to think a man of God could be nasty to you and lecture you no wonder young people don't want to go to Church that is why people stay home cause Satan already made it to Churches and he wants to corrupt the people and I know all too well
about these people who don't return emails and text messages, it's shame that family
has to be so dysfunctional and most likely their life is a shamble for sure, You know
they often refer to the Republican Party as the Christian political party but how can
they take food out of the mouths of babies, they cut Snap benefits the disabled
moms and dads have nothing to feed their little 2-4-year-olds, Mom I want
mac n cheese sorry Junior mommy is out of Snap benefits.
