Without god were are just mindless widgets floating in space there is no free will or the sense of good and evil. if god doesn’t exist why is racism bad? why is murder bad? why is rape bad? it is in human instinct to rape murder and cast out those who don’t fit within our family group there for it more beneficial for man to rape murder and think they are superior to everyone else.

It doesn’t solve the wrong but what it does do is show us the morality of life and how we can be better, We live in a fallen world , Dennis Prague says if everyone lived by the Ten Commandments then w there won’t be need for jails or police heck let all the prisoners out of jail if they fallowed the Ten Commandments.
But think of how we got to the society we live in today if there wasn’t a god or the philosophy telling us what is right and wrong I doubt humans would be as advanced as we are today or as peaceful as we are today even though there still wars

There are many possible reasons why a person may believe, or not believe, in God, and the reasons (or purported evidence) may, or may not, be "obvious" to all, or even some. "Obviousness" isn't an argument of any kind.
For God so loved the world that he decided to have himself killed in order to appease himself so that he wouldn't have to torture us for the things that he knew we would do before he even created us.
This so-called "sacrifice" was getting tortured for a few hours and then spending a few more hours on the cross, followed by a couple days in hell, and then going back to being his omnipotent, omniscient, eternal self. While my punishment for nothing more than a thought crime is going to be eternal torture. And you call that loving? Do you demand a bloody sacrifice before you forgive someone? There are no good arguments. If there were, then the smart people would all believe. Instead they are mostly secular. The hardware and software that enables you to read this message was almost entirely created by non-believers. So is almost all popular culture.
I believe in facts and logic. In god there is neither. You don't have to study much history to realize that the church is just a bunch of money and power hungry people. It's been like this since day 1 no matter the religion. Islam is one good example how you can brainwash people to think we still live in the middle ages.

My latest response to EmmaMary's comment is the start of an answer. In order to adequately explain the concept of God would require a 'MyTake', and quite a long one, because it would require the proper definition of obscure philosophical terms, among many other things.
No you don't. No one does. As the world "actually is"? Can you see in the infra-red or ultra-violet? Can you detect sounds that no other human can? Can you see at the sub-atomic scale?

There are plenty of Mathematical arguments forvthe existence of a higher power. (Ontological argument as an example). My own personal argument based on scientific theories that theorize an infinite existence is with an infinite existence with infinite possibilities God being one of many possibilities exists within the infinite possibilities. Therefore God exists.
You're right, there are many different arguments for the existence of God, but I have to admit to not liking the Ontological one, because I just do not think it's very good. It's not one of the better ones out there. At least it's better than Pascal's Wager I suppose.

That is precisely right. There are infinite higer powers. But infinity as a concept can be linked to the number 1. 0.9 repeating is mathematically equal to 1. Therefore there is 1 true Pantheon.
Yes, Pascal's Wager isn't even an argument. The Ontological Argument uses logic (or tries to), but it's very weak, because its foundation (ie. "the greatest conceivable being") is horribly subjective and imprecise.

Mostly yes. That said, the existence of complex biological mechanisms gives me a very slight pause, but not enough to attribute much to them really. And *that said*, complex math is in some ways even more compelling but still not persuasive.
