You want to Logically process your question? The obvious being, “how did that cosmology or “second heaven” get there❓“. Obviously, Something can not self-create or self-start in any sort of spontaneous generation, including derivation from “Muck” or an explosion 💥 into Being.
-If for no other reason, how did Resting Mass, Resting Motion, and Resting Energy, the underpinnings of Physics, get there❓Assumptions of self-creating and self-starting, such as above, are at best non-sensical…There is no way that Astrology preceded religion as in the Beginning, God.
Furthermore, if there was ever Nothing there would still be Nothing now.
-If there is Something now then there has always had to be Something. Given, as proven above neither self-creating or self-starting can occur THEN neither Evolution from Muck or sudden Big Bang can justify the Astrological elements in the visible or invisible heavens.
-There has to be a Creator and Prime Mover or First Cause. It makes sense that the Prime Mover (starter) would also be the Creator of Resting Mass, Resting Motion, and Resting Energy…certainly you are inclined to accept Physics as true and influential in the visible heaven’s Being.

Not in the sense you are meaning. The solar system has been used long before man by plants and animals. Man used it for time tracking. Eventually man started to idolize and fear it! Eventually what we term "religions" were made based on the solar system. I do not believe "astrology" as we interpret it today was created until much later.

Pretty much. Worshipping the stars and thinking of their importance has been a thing since we developed. Cavemen etc draw the sun and beheld it's glory as important. Then of course that naturally grew to stars as we used them to guide our position and other things.
Also pretty much all religions incorporate star's and planets. From whether it's Egyptians, Mayans, Greek, etc.

Of course this was all not the same as the Astrology you speak if your meaning Star Signs. But if your speaking on the terms of star's they have always been worshiped and put into religion's. It's a logical conclusion that humans at most primitive self's would of worshipped the sun and moon since we didn't not understand them but yet impacted us very much creating a importance around them enough to be worshipped.

Superstition has been around since time began, which is all astrology is. Superstition. There is not biblical or scientific evidence of it being real.
