I see you're a little challenged with math and statistics. Allow me to explain it for you.

The article says: "Among those who have already lost their virginity, two-thirds of them wished they had waited longer to have sex (77 percent of girls and 60 percent of boys). "

It is referring to the percentage of those who have had sex who later regretted it. It says nothing about the percentage of girls or boys who were still virgins versus those who had sex. The pool of girls to which the 77% refers may be higher or lower than the pool of boys to which the 60% refers.

Chastity and regret are two very different things. You should have paid better attention in school, hon.
