    As if you have to take it "all" then you are also taking a big risk on the responsibility and dangers of that unknown "all".

    It would be like getting a million dollar company for a dollar. But then learning you've now got half a million dollars of debts inherited, plus all the business issues. That dollar got you a million dollar problem.
