i keep making vows to god such as not cursing, not being sexual, not get angry, or to fast for 20 days and not eat anything will be forgive me for breaking such vows and promises i make to him i pray to him and ask for forgiveness and that i am sorry for failing am i gonna go to hell
Breaking vows and promises is something that can be forgiven, but only with true repentance. Here are some things to consider:
1) God is loving and merciful. The fact that you feel guilt and seek God's forgiveness shows that you have a conscience and desire to do better. That is the first step.
2) All have sinned and fall short of God's perfect standard (Romans 3:23). So you are not alone in failing and breaking promises. The key is what you do next.
3) True repentance involves a change of heart and mind, a turning away from sin and toward God (Acts 3:19). It means you genuinely want to do things God's way from now on, with his help.
4) God forgives those who are penitent and coming to him in humility, sincerity and faith in Jesus Christ (1 John 1:9). But the forgiveness requires a change in behaviour going forward.
5) Making vows and promises to God in a flippant manner disrespects his holiness. In future, only make vows that you genuinely intend to keep, with his strength. Be honest with yourself.
6) Focus less on avoiding "hell" and more on restoring your relationship with God. Focus on knowing and pleasing him, not just obeying rules. Let his love and mercy motivate you to change.
7) Ask God to give you strength and wisdom to keep your promises in future. Ask him to change your heart so that sin no longer holds allure for you. Put your trust in him.
If you come to God with a repentant heart and faith in Jesus, he is ready and willing to forgive you. But be determined, with his help, to break free from the cycle of making vows you cannot keep. Focus on rebuilding your relationship with the one who loves you unconditionally.

You have not done anything that is unforgivable but you need to stop taking such vows. Simply let your yes be yes and your no be no and try to live up to your standards and intentions, while also being realistic about what you are able to do. You need grace, not fear of condemnation, in order to grow.
"better not to vow", is in bible. you must change before asking forgiveness
Hell isn't real, you can chill.
