If we are all God’s children, but Jesus was His One and Only Son, does that mean we are all His daughters?

Question

It makes some roundabout sense if you remember that all fetal development begins as female, and the difference between male and female genitalia is an incredibly small difference in the womb. So all men could technically be trans men in the eyes of God.

But if that’s not the case and Jesus was, in fact, not God’s one and only son as there are many sons and daughters of God, does that mean God is kind of a bad baby daddy?

No, that is not true. The sex of humans is determined from fertilization, that is, as soon as it becomes a zygote: if it is XX, it will be a female, while, if it is XY, a male. However, at the beginning, human embryos have the precursors of both female and male gonads.

Taking this into account, if there is no Y chromosome, the embryo will proceed with the development of Müllerian ducts (which give rise to the ovaries). Also, when there is no Y chromosome, the embryo lacks the SRY region: the sex determining region.

monogenes (μονογενής) is probably more accurately translated in the context as "Unique" in that in the NT the Father-Son relationship between God the Father and Jesus is unique and pertaining to the nature of being, whereas the relationship between believers and God is one of adoption.
