No,
In Islam, the concept of reincarnation is not accepted. Instead, Islam teaches the belief in the resurrection of the dead and the Day of Judgment. According to Islamic belief, after a person dies, their soul remains in the Barzakh, a state of existence between death and resurrection. On the Day of Judgment, all individuals will be resurrected, and they will be held accountable for their deeds in this life. Depending on their actions and faith, they will either be rewarded with paradise (Jannah) or punished in hell (Jahannam).
Most of the Hindus believe in the cycle of birth, death and rebirth, which is called ‘Samsara’.
‘Samsara’ or the doctrine of rebirth is also known as the theory of reincarnation or of transmigration of the soul. This doctrine is considered to be a basic tenet of Hinduism. According to doctrine of rebirth, differences between individuals, even at the time of their birth are due to their past karma i. e. actions done in the past birth. For example if one child is born healthy while another is handicapped or blind, the differences are attributed to their deeds in their previous lives. Those who believe in this theory reason that since all actions may not bear fruit in this life, there has to be another life for facing or reaping the consequences of one’s actions. How ever the concept of reincarnation in the Hinduism is highly contradictory.

A mid-50's medical study noted the human body loses one quarter gram of physical weight at the moment of passing. Russian Kirilean photography confirms ALL matter possesses a radiant energy form as well. The ONLY arbitrary uncertainty IS if the former entity of the deceased RETAINS a cohesive 'cognizance' identity.
I have PERSONALLY visibly witnessed the 'shade' of my deceased Uncle who'd passed BEFORE I'd been born, who'd come to visit his sister (my mother) and his mother (my maternal grandmother) when we'd moved to a new (non-ancestoral) residence. He chose to let them know, that HE knew where they NOW resided and was STILL watching over them. Since their passing, I've not seen ANY of their spirits and presume they've ALL three moved on. :)
1 life on earth but there is the resurrection. What you do with this one life when tomorrow isn't guaranteed is important for tomorrow is not guaranteed. Repent and believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Text me if you so wish
yes reincarnation is more likely than this nonsense about heaven.
