Imagine a real life Neko girl is genetically engineered and doesn’t immediately die/die at all, she’s perfectly healthy. If I recall, unnatural creatures are abominable and blasphemous like when fallen angels got funky with human women and made all kinds of weird hybrids which then got obliterated by the flood. So I’ll use the cat girl as an example, if she willingly lives a Christian life, will she go to Heaven?

Biblically there are no such things as "artificial beings".
Humans cannot create life anyway. We can only take it, or modify it - hence why human cloning and working with embryo's is banned.
The Nephilim that you're taking about was nothing on the scale of "Neko girls" but "interspecies" if you will. They were basically "weeds" and had to be destroyed for humans to flourish.
So if anything was to be "created" it will most likely follow the same route of the Nephilim and have to be destroyed, to stop it being a problem to humans.
If you take a strict interpretation of the Bible, then no. But that’s the interpretation of the Bible that says your beloved pet won’t be in heaven. I’m sure god wouldn’t mind. He’s a nice guy.

That’s baloney, you can’t stare deep into an animal’s eyes and tell me they don’t have a soul. They do, I’ve seen it plenty of times. There’s no way they’re going to the other place.
I don’t think they have a soul. But I reckon that god wants us to be happy, and he knows we love our pets, so…it would be logical to think that he wouldn’t mind.

I mean not die as soon as the scientists are done making them, since animal clones usually only live for like, a minute or a few seconds and then croak. They would live a normal life like any other creature
