both empiricism n rationalism offer valuable perspectives on knowledge acquisition n understanding the world aka empiricism emphasizes the importance of evidence n observation, while rationalism emphasizes the role of reason n innate ideas
hard to pick
this is a false dichotomy. emiricism and rationalism aren't opposing concepts. you gotta pick one and can't have the other at the same time. they are not by any means mutually exclusive. i can have both at the same time and because i can, that's what i'm choosing. you have the option to forego one of either. but you aren't forced to. you can rely on sensory experience AND reason. ause you always can explain and understand sensory experience with rational reason and vice versa.
Neither stands on it's own.

The problem with atheists and theologians is both take extreme views in each. It's why they can never make the centre hold in their arguments.

deduct rational for example if the universe started then a starter must be real. if the starter needed a starter then no real starter therefore rationaly the starter has always existed.
The whole scientific method is based on empiricism. You can use rationalism to theorize but you still need empirical evidence to prove your theory.
