Chinese culture emphasizes respect for authority, devotion to family, equality between all people, and humanitarian respect for all law abiding citizens, even the ones that wear bad clothes or have no education.

We do not have to invite them to parties but we have to regard them as human beings and avoid gossiping about them and avoid viewing them as trash. The Old Testament bible philosophy is that kindness, inclusion and honesty lead to wealth without compulsory trauma mixed in.

But I view the Old Testament as metaphor with different layers and possible ways of interpretation.
