Why do millions of people become muslim?

• I was raised by a jihadist strict muslim parents and they banned everything in my life: no music, no girlfriend, no life, no nothing. They always beat me up with strict rules and they ruined my life, developed anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness and still struggle a lot to this day
• But I was smart and improved myself, became a software engineer and read a lot and became an agnostic at the age of 20
• Western countries' people especially who always curse their governments don't know how lucky they are, what freedom means in reality since millions of middle eastern muslims run from their shit countries' to the western countries
• But still millions of people become muslim worldwide when even the earth is flat, stars are shooting stones in the quran, and too many violent verses and scientific errors and contradictions between verses, people just act rebellious and emotional I guess

I can tell you about my country, there are many restrictions on being a Hindu but on becoming a Muslim they become free.
Here one is freed from Islamic restrictions also initially.
Legally also.
Like if you are a Hindu you can marry only once, you will have children only when you can feed them, you will send them to school and not teach them labour work.
Then you will have sex with only one woman who will be your wife.
You cannot consume alcohol, cigarettes, meat etc. unrestricted at least.
You will be forced to do meditation.
You will have pressure on your mind that I have to improve my deeds.
In the name of God, you will only be reminded of your duties and you will not get any consolation.
You will have to give more respect to your parents than their worth.

It is easy to convert Hindus because they do not have any centralized system, but this was also our strength that Christians and Muslims could not understand our vein which they could use to convert a large population, they faced so many restrictions that they gave up

I think there are two things, one is the proposed or potential benefits of any religious tradition and the other is the social positioning and execution of groups affiliated with setting up those religious benefits. Often times the tradition that protects the boundaries of the faith are corrupted or misaligned with the mandates of those traditions. I see the same kind of misfiring and mistaken understandings in North American society but it might be much worse in other societies. Its like the mythical two headed snake, where some follow a tradition for good reasons and others follow it for evil reasons and both heads look the same to the outside world.

Nobody "becomes" muslim they were born to muslim parents therefore educated muslim and never had a second option.

Those who go study in the west usualy leave islam.
