Do you ever think about all the choices you didn’t make that could’ve led to different life paths?

I made a big mistake when I was choosing my college and I wonder if I was able to choose one that was a good fit for me. Maybe I would’ve met someone there. That would’ve completely altered my entire life since that time. And then I wonder who that person ended up with, and I think about if there’s some alternate universe out there where a different version of me is living a different version of my life I could’ve been living. I don’t know. Sometimes I think about these things.

I met a few bad people in university who fed me with lies about religion and God and I believe I would by a doctor who was married with two children right now, if I did not let these bad intentioned impostors waste my time at a vulnerable stage in my life, where every second counts.

So far, things have worked out. If you are narrowing it down to meeting a partner, I checked that box first semester. Still with him.

That's a pointless waste of time. You cannot change the past. Focus on optimizing the choices you did make. Learn from your mistakes. Change your future.
