Religious leaders need to have the guts to speak up in times of crisis!

So these supposedly religious leaders are in favor of letting in tens of millions of unchecked immigrants, many of whom are violent criminals, allowing innocent citizens of this country to be at risk of murder or rape or robbery as we have seen happen over and over again? Taking our tax dollars? Pushing our housing and medical resources over their limits so we don't have access to them ourselves? For what purpose? Do we have no rights in our own country?

They should respect the law. Those hypocrits say they follow bible but if so... jesus said "give to ceasar". Also as catholics, the pope sent them.

As i wrote on another question today Religious leaders really need to shut up about politics. Jesus only spoke once kuz they asked him, he didn’t make speeches about "roman cruelty" in its many "civilized " forms.

Clearly, they are a religious group making a stance based on their religious teachings. Religious groups have made statements against governmental actions forever. Nothing new about that. It's the members of the Catholic Church who need to reflect on this.
