I think I had an encounter with a ghost or spirit but not sure? So I am sitting in the bathroom at the time and 3 out of my 4 bulbs were lite?

After clearly seeing 1 bulbs was blown out I sat in my bathroom and watched it. All of a sudden the blown light bulb re- lite itself. After becoming a light it again blew out. Does anyone think this was a ghost?
