Everywhere in Europe the age of consent is 14-17. Usually 16 like in the UK. Yet Americans on here seem to think you’re a criminal if a man no older than 21 has sex with them. Maybe they’re all mentally handicapped in America at this age to give consent? Americans think they know what’s best, they’re a laughing stock!! They lack so much education.

At around 16 I believe genuine consent is consent. As long as you’re not manipulating a girl and being honest about your intentions. At 16 you’ve already had sexual education and taught about laws/consent. It’s up to you.

Basically when it comes to sex crimes women will rarely spend time in prison for it, because it's seen as somehow less severe. And men will have far worse punishments.

Say a female teacher rapes a 13 year old boy in her class, she will get probation, and not have to register as a sex offender. A male teacher that does the same to a girl of the same age in his class will go to prison for 20+ years..,
