I noticed over the years that women bring up height excessively more then men do. They not only talk about height in romantic scenarios but with platonic / professional interactions with men as well.

But every time women mentions a man being short, it’s almost always a negative connotation. Even if they like the short guy they will say something like “well he’s not very tall but he’s really cute or funny” or something.

But if a girl doesn’t something else about the short guy (his personality, looks, etc.) they virtually always bring up his height. Especially if they reject the man romantically.

But at the same time guys are less prone to say “well she’s really sweet & cool despite being overweight” out loud. We might be thinking that but we are not allowed by modern culture to say that because it’s “too mean” or something.

I am 6ft so fortunately height isn’t an issue for me. Like anyone I notice other people’s heights in most situations but I don’t immediately factor that into my judgment of people.

I once dated a girl who was 5’ 11’’. Despite my favorite female body type being cute, petite and athletic, her being tall and skinny was virtually a non issue for me. It did make things slightly more complex in bed (shorter girls are more versatile) But I didn’t really care that much. It was like factor number 37 out of 50 for me.

Also I don’t notice height at all in platonic and professional interactions with women or men. I don’t asume a really short guy or a really tall girl might have a negative personality right away. Some short guys do have napoleon syndromes. I’ve met a few short loud mouthed dbags. But overall that stereotype is often exaggerated.

I guess height judgment is evolutionary for females. But women need to understand that men have no control over their height whatsoever.

If you are more attracted to taller men then fine. But if you don’t like a shorter guy than don’t throw out his height as one of his “faults” like he had a choice in the matter.

Ok me and this girl met when we were about 20 and had a great relationship for 8 years. I started drinking and it lead to us breaking up. She started dating a guy 2 weeks later I introduced her to. They lasted less than a year and we got back together exactly a year after separating.

I ended up finding pictures of her in sexy outfits and nudes on our old camera one day and some sexting stuff while going through our stuff in a closet I was cleaning out. I didn't tell her I found them. I spent the next 3 years trying to get her to send me dirty pictures. She broke up with me again and we separated for 3 years and then ended up back together again.

we've been back together over 10 years now and I have randomly tried a lot of times to get her to send me sexy stuff or sext with me, nothing has worked. This finally came to a head. I got tired of trying and getting nothing. We got into a pretty big argument about it and during the argument I find out that she thinks I'm talking about pictures she sent to another guy she dated right after we broke up the second time.

So both guys she dated right after we split she sent nudes and sexted with but whenever I have tried to get her to in the past I get excuses like she's worried about sending them because someone could get them for whatever reason which is all just excuses to me. So What, did you send them with pigeons the last 2 times.

Over the years this has gotten under my skin trying and never getting anything back. I usually have tried when I've been out of town for work or something. When I've tried sexting with her the responses have been either nothing at all or something that was just lame or her saying she didn't know what to say.

She says that she's been more sexually adventurous with me than anyone else ever. Our sex life I used to think was good but now I'm second guessing it. I usually make sure she gets off first and then she's in a hurry to get it over with. why is there no desire or lust there for her?

I’ve been with my girlfriend Becky for a long time. I think I love her and I really enjoy spending time with her. However, she’s recently shared her ugly past with me. When she was in her younger years she had a rep of sleeping around.

She apparently was the school slut who got tagged teamed by the jocks. Becky even told me about how when she was 15 and had fuck buddies in their 30’s. And how when she was in university she dated 3 guys at once and caught chlamydia and gonorrhoea twice. Even used Only Fans to pay for school.

Even worse, she supposedly slept with other men when she was married. Her excuse was that her and her husband broke up and stayed married so he wouldn’t get deported.

After knowing all this I’m starting to look at her differently. Sometimes I see Becky the same way I see the woman in the picture. But it’s hard to leave Becky because she is trying really hard to make this relationship work. I’m a low value man with no proper education and job, and she makes feel like a high value man with the way she treats me. She really wants us to get married and keeps telling her friends Im gonna but her a ring. But it’s a tough decision for me.

She wants to meet my parents and I know they’re not gonna like her at all. My parents are and have always people skills. They can pick up on things.

The other day beck told me she’s having suicidal thoughts and being with helps her not think suicidal. She’s undergoing therapy atm.

One thing the pandemic taught me to do is to use my knuckle when pushing buttons. Using the tip of the finger makes it more likely to transfer whatever bad things are on the surface of the button to your face, where you might pick up an infection, whereas the knuckle makes that less likely.

What about you?

Do you push buttons with the tip of your finger, like we all used to? Or do you use your knuckle? Or maybe an object like a pen or pencil so you never physically touch the button?
