Everyone knows that cyberbullying is bad, and there have been a not insignificant number of young people commiting suicides happening due to it. Personally I've only experienced physical bullying where it was completely one sided and I could not fight back in fear of physical retaliation. However I'm not really a social person and so I never used social media when I was younger and therefore I've never been bullied online either. Not to underestimate cyberbullying, but from my perspective it just seems like pathetic people who hide in the shadows insulting others and even if they make the occasional threat, they're most likely empty because if they really had the guts to do something to you, they'd just come up to you and do it instead of using such a roundabout method. Indirect verbal attacks have no actual physical damage value at all and it's all in how you perceive it. All it takes is one phrase to banish them and that is "I don't care". Surely you'd develop an immunity to such insults after a while.
