Based on my personal opinion, I genuinely believe women should be able to make full decisions regarding their body, including what they are going to go through and the circumstances in place.

Some were probably not ready to become a mother or to become pregnant.

However from my ethical perspective, I think as long as the fetus does not have a consciousness, it should never be considered as ending a life. I don't think anything is truly "alive" if it can't experience consciousness < which a fetus can't.


However what do you think?

I dated a girl several years ago dated her for about 3 months. One night she revealed to me that she had an abortion by the guy she dated just before me and from that very moment I knew it was over I could not date her anymore. Her and my Mom remained friends over the years and I know my Mom regretted that we broke up. However I knew after she revealed she had an abortion there was someone missing someone that should have been there but wasn't.

Others may see this as more of a personal story which it is that alright but it's also how things work and they may give their opinions. The bottom line is this yes it was her body (not the baby's) but she was allowed to do what she did and she did what she did and then came my choice. Not that I date anymore but if so if I did I could never date anyone that has had an abortion and that is my choice. And therefor men have choices too and I made mine.

I think this is true. Especially if women are the only ones who get an opinion on abortion.. Which before some feminist bitches about that, I do agree that abortion and the laws around it should reside only with women. It's her body her choice.. Same with going to war, it should be his body his choice and women should not, and do not deserve a vote on it.
