Americans must also pay higher insurance costs and Property Taxes with higher home prices. Trump thinks higher valued homes are good but what does a person really gain? People can't borrow more on it. Houses don't pay dividends. Homes are also a liability until it is paid off.

I believe that most people respect their promises and remain faithful but not everyone respects their commitment. I am aware of two partners who cheated on me (maybe there were more, but two who were confirmed cheaters) but I have never cheated on anyone, including the two who cheated on me. For me, the primary motivation for faithfulness is self-respect; I want to think of myself as an honorable man. I also try to follow the Golden Rule.
