So, you connect with woman online a week ago. You chat for a few days; you exchange numbers, and you talk on the phone that Monday. So, you have been texting for about four days prior to your first phone call. Now mind you her activity bubble on the site stays green, like all the time.

Monday - she says she has Friday and Saturday off work, but maybe Friday you can get together.

Wednesday - You been texting at least three or four times a day... you ask her if Friday is still a good day, and if you can give her call on Thursday to discuss making plans. She says that she thinks we could definitely work something out.

Thursday- you text her and ask if she has time for a quick phone call. She says she is getting ready for work. So, you text her and say no worries, I just need to know if Friday is a yes or no.

She replies with I am sorry, but I made plans to go do something with a girlfriend, and she makes no comment about Saturday being an option.

Now I know what I said and did. But what I want to ask you all, is do you think she is really going out with a girlfriend, just brushing me off, or seeing another guy?

I've had enough with my mom. She's gone FULL INSANE. This isn't just "opinions" anymore. She thinks, "If you support Ukraine you support child trafficking" as if there's literally no other reason to support Ukraine. This is the worst thing I've ever seen my mom post. She even hates the entire Black Lives Matter movement, and told me "All lives matter, not just Black ones" and she's literally missed the point. Her husband is also pretty racist to most Asians, I've recalled him asking his son, "What do you think you are? An oriental Asian?" I remember him also banning me from attending a BLM protest in 2020.

I get not liking Zelensky, he's as crooked as one can be. But EVEN my HUGE Republican-leaning boss (who is ALSO a Trump supporter)

has told me to put support in Ukraine on his business page, a year or two ago.

She doesn't have to like Ukraine, that's her opinion. BUT. Every country is not innocent, how the USA and Mexico's ICE treats caged children is equally bad!

She's always being negative, I'm sorry but with a mother like that there's almost no way I can ever resonate with her anymore. This is my final straw with my mom's side of the family. I no longer see myself as remotely Armenian. My whole culture has followed the white rabbit.

I don't even mind being anti-Ukraine, but people post this stuff as an excuse to indirectly support Russia's dictator who embraces even worse values and stabs or at best imprisons citizens who criticize him. When I had a therapist, I told him I used to support Putin to be cool and stand out in high school, and he was nearly pissed off.

At this point I'm really thinking about blocking my mom on Instagram so I don't have to deal with her radical beliefs.
