Search Results: finding someone

I get anxiety so I have been on a long process of searching for and finding things that help. Im not by any means 100% cured but I feel like I have found a collection of things that help. I am also always trying to think of a business idea I can create so that I can work for myself.
My idea is possibly to put together a book or something with 5 or more different sources so that my method thats working was together in one package. Some of these ideas are my own creations.
I do also feel like I could just point people to books that have helped me that already exist. Like part of me feels like I would be taking credit for someone elses viewpoints. Part of me feels like an imposter. Like I dont think my idea has legs without 60% of another book and 10% of a different book. It is a different take on them though molded together with my own perspective. The two books my mindset is built on both learned the work from other people too, so its not exactly their ideas either. I just wanted to get peoples view points on my dilemma. We are in a world FULL of content creators. They all learned their information somewhere. Do you think its perfectly acceptable to head down this road with ideas I have learned?

For me personally I feel like I'm the second one and it makes me emotional 😭😭😭 it installs doubt into you and you wonder what's wrong with me, why can't I get a girl to like me and just be with someone 🥺🥺🥺
